i couldn't fall asleep last night until i had narrowed my favorite cheeses to five AND put them in correct order. i am not even kidding.
i am so tired today.

oh my. I feel like a cheese idiot. I mean, all I know is cheddar, swiss, jack, parmesan, and blue.

can you believe there are people that do NOT eat cheese? i mean, what's wrong with those people? are they even happy?
oh, and i totally get the "not being able to sleep until i've completed some random list in my mind" thing. i do that a lot. sometimes it's a list of all my friends from elementary school, sometimes it's a list of all my college roommates, sometimes it's a list of all the finalists from season 5 of american idol. you know, stuff like that.

My husand could live in cheese. He eats in on everything, loves to melt it and eat it with a spoon.
Muenster is a staple in our home. I do need to try to broaden my cheese horizon. I do love brie though....
